As mentioned in my previous SWOT post, this is a good method of tracking self-improvement so this is the continuation for the middle of the term.
If you compare this analysis to my last one, I have improved well in terms of my previous weaknesses, and can now say that my organisation system is effective and streamlined, and I am more motivated to work. I think, judging from how many strengths I have listed, my confidence has also changed for the better, although I am still not able to talk to my class enough as I would like. This is partly because of online lessons and the distance I feel they have created between me and my class. There are many opportunities but I sadly didn’t take the time for most of them, although I definitely want to go back to skillshare when I have the time. As I predicted in my first SWOT, the pandemic has had a negative impact on my mental state, and I have been feeling a lack of energy sometimes. Although my new organisation system is much better and helps with motivation, my earlier slip up with overestimating how much time we had for the brief AND the pandemic have affected my work schedule poorly. It is a bit of a difficult situation to combat, but I do have my family and friends to talk to for support, and I am moving forwards steadily.
