Making a sky:
You need directional light, sky light and sky atmosphere. With these you can edit the sky to change the direction, look and lighting of the sky to how you see fit.

Making a floor:
Switch to landscape mode and enable edit layers then press ‘Create’. It will then automatically switch to sculpt and near the top, there will be different tools where you can make hills, ditches or whatever. You can also change the material of the floor with Landscape (Instance) on the right side. Looking down, there is a section called Landscape Material and there will be a variety of choices to choose from.
