I created a squash and stretch animation. I changed the position of the object using the key frames and then changed the scale to squash and stretch the object. I created an animation using the bend tool in after effects. I created an object and pre-compositioned them. Then I added the bend tool and created the position of it and the anchor points. I added to get the movement right and added the easy ease function. I added the bend to it.
