I made a schedule for my culture brief:
I decided to split this up into weeks and put each task on the left to see which ones I need to complete. I have highlighted each box to show how long a certain task would take and I can tick things off. This should make time management easier for me. Yellow boxes are each task, red boxes are animation, blue boxes are filming for the vlog.
SWOT analysis
Strengths
I feel my strengths are organisation, good memory, I listen and do my best.
Weaknesses
I feel I need more motivation to finish tasks in a time frame
Opportunities
I could create more time charts and schedules to keep me motivated
Threats
Not backing up my work and losing it if my pc breaks down
Risk assessment:

A data loss would be very unlikely but would be severe at the same time. I would end up losing all of my work that isn’t backed up on one drive or elsewhere. I must make sure my work is backed up so I don’t lose it.
Unrealistic ideas would usually happen and I won’t be able to fulfil the brief or assignment given. I would need to check my ideas with tutors and look at time frames to be realistic. Refine ideas down so they are possible.
Procrastination is a big problem that many people have, where we get lazy and don’t do the work so we do something else instead. This should not be done because you could leave the work until the last minute which can severely affect your grade. This is why you should set dates for when to do things so it doesn’t happen.
Lack of motivation can be usually based on how the person feels on the work, either they are not in the mood to do the work or they are just not interested. This means you won’t be capable of doing the work so you need to make sure to increase your motivation by setting dates for when to do things for the project.
