Light

The ability to illuminate a scene is crucial for good storytelling and eye-catching imagery. Lighting can be used for two purposes:
Technical: these are real-world lights. Scientific phenomena, such as TV lights and candles, are used as gag effects.
Creative: establishing contrast and tone, establishing a focal point, and adding appeal

Remember that RGB is additive, meaning that each of the red, green, and blue colour channels can be blended to create any colour. RGB can produce secondary colours that resemble CMY. RGB and CMYK are complementary colours, thus this can be useful to remember.

Three-point lighting is a versatile lighting configuration that may be used to light any scene in any circumstance. Three different types of lights are used in a three-point lighting system.
