A grayscale texture called a displacement map (heightmap) is a grayscale texture. Height is represented by black and white pixels (0 – 1). In 2D, we can only move an image on two axes at a time. We can only shift a surface on three axes in three-dimensional space.
A normal map displace, which employs RGB values to give height and orientation, is also an option. And there’s a bump map (grayscale) that gives a surface a subtle shading appearance.
You can bring the image and displacement map in After Effects and we can turn the photo into a fake 3D photo.
