Introduction to Bifrost in Maya

Bifrost extension is a plug-in for maya. it provides a node-based framework for building custom effects, including smoke, fire explosions, sand, snow, instances, and more. Bifrost is avaliable for all of Maya.

We then added a sphere on top of the box, and then we added bifrost liquid to itby going to bifrost fluids, liquid. We also selected both of them and set collision on them by going to bifrost fluids, collider.

We playblasted them and previewed the simulation.

Then, I put bifrost meshing on so there is a mesh on the particles so it is water.

I selected the water mesh and then applied presets to them such as orange juice, milk, and honey.
