Kanban:
Kanban charts are a scheduling system that tells you what to produce, when to produce it, and how much to produce. It is a visual system for managing work as it moves through a process. Kanban visualizes both the process and the actual work passing through that process. The goal of Kanban is to identify potential bottleneck in your process and fix them so work can flow through it cost-effectively at an optimal speed or throughput. In a Kanban chart, there are three columns: To Do, Doing, and Completed. This system was invented by Toyota. I am going to use it for my brief production to help me plan and try to keep to a structured timeframe, so that I do not get over run with work at the end.

For my project, I will schedule it by using a kanban. I will sort what I need to do, currently doing, and what I’ve completed. This will help me see what still needs to be completed and motivate me to complete my work.

As you can see I now have less items to do and I have completed quite a lot of my tasks. This shows me that the Kanban system has helped me to get things done in a timely manor. So it is important to use one as without one I may have not been up to speed on my work.
I chose a Kanban chart to help organize myself because it is simple to follow visually and for me this works best. A Gantt chart is quite complicated to look at with lots of writing and dates so I probably would have panicked a bit trying to keep on track with timing. However, I think that they are a very good idea as this method is very informative at keeping you on track.
Here is an example of a Gantt chart. As you can see it is a lot more complicated than a Kanban chart.
SWOT analysis:
From looking back at my SWOTs from last year, I feel like I have improved slightly and feel like I have stayed the same. Even though some of it is irrelevant now, as I am no longer uploading videos to my YouTube channel. However, I am now making a roleplaying game on Roblox with 2 other people, so this is a new opportunity for me.
