Turntable animation
Change modelling to animation, select the object, click visualize and click the box on create turntable, change the number of frames to 159, click the animation settings icon, set playback speed to 24 fps x 1, set timeline to 159, ctrl shift a, windows, animation editors, graph editor, click linear tangents.
Adding ambient occlusion
Make sure all the model is combined and selected, right-click and hold and assign new material, go to Arnold and select ambient occlusion.
Applying wireframe
Make sure all the model is combined and selected, right-click and hold and assign new material, go to Arnold and select wireframe, change triangles to polygons.
Batch rendering
Go to display render settings, name your file, and change the file type to png. Make sure the renderer is set to Arnold, set frame/animation ext to name_#.ext, set the end frame to 159, change presets to HD_1080, change the options to rendering, go to render, and click batch render.
