Motion graphics simply refer to graphics in motion. It looks like 2D or 3D animation techniques used to create something that looks visually pleasing. For example YouTube intros/outros, TV idents, product explainer videos, and more.
We put some text into after effects and put a liquid effect on them:
First, we created a solid layer, then created our text, create a shape with the shape tool and apply the turbulent displacement effect to it, adjust the TD settings to increase the amount and animate the evolution, animate the shape transforms position scale. From 0 to 700, so the shape fills the frame, set the track matte of the text layer to alpha on the TD layer, finally duplicate and time offset the text, apply colour correction in order to create the colour blend.
